Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Policy

1. There is no refund or replacement for the purchased materials unless for the following reasons:

• Wrong product was sent by the merchant
• The product is defective
• The product is damaged while shipping

2. Items once purchased cannot be cancelled unless for the mentioned reasons stated above.

3. In the event the materials are accepted for a refund, the amount will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
